Hannon, Kathryn "K.C."

Age 90, of Minneapolis, passed away on May 21, 2019. Our beloved mother, grandmother and sister will be deeply missed. She was born October 19, 1928 in Aitkin, MN to Andrew and Lizzie Carlstrom. Preceded in death by her parents, husband Robert, son Timothy, brother Kay and sister Helen. Survived by daughters Lisa Hannon (Lee Mosher), Mary Jaeger (Mark), Emily Forzani (Dean) and son Robert Hannon (Donna); sisters Anita Jefferson, Lael Carlstrom, Ruth Carlstrom; brother Gus Carlstrom (Ardys); brother-in-law Richard Reese and sister-in-law Sheila Hannon; grandchildren Matt, Josh, Charlie, Emma, Heidi, Jack, Sam, Kathryn, Henry and Claire; 7 great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and friends. The family extends special thanks to the staff of N.C. Little Hospice, York Gardens and special friend Ann Trenda for their compassionate and loving care. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, May 30 at Nokomis Heights Lutheran Church, 5300 10th Ave. So., Mpls., MN, 55417 with visitation one hour prior. In lieu of flowers, memorials to N.C. Little Hospice or Nokomis Heights Lutheran Church.
