Phil of Minneapolis, MN passed away peacefully April 28, 2019 at the age of 96. Phil was preceded in death by his wife Rosella. He is survived by his daughter Jill (Gary Weber), son Roger (Peggy), two grandchildren, and four great grandchildren. Respects may be paid at a Celebration of Life Service at Crosstown Covenant Church, 5540 30th Ave So, Mpls. on Saturday, June 1 at 10:00 am. Luncheon to follow. Private interment at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery. WWII Navy Veteran. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
