Obituary of Mark Steven Peterson

PETERSON, Mark Steven, age 60, of Champlin, passed away suddenly at Abbott-Northwestern Hospital due to heart complications on May 15, 2019.  Preceded in death by parents, Harold and Donna Peterson.  Left to cherish his memory are: Leslie Phyle; Brandon Phyle (Talya) and their children Ava and Ariadne, Alyssa Peppin and her children, Eden, Mason, and Zaiden; sisters, Sharon Peterson, Ellen Peterson, Amy Schulz (Mark); niece, Evelyn Schulz; many relatives and friends.  His music loving soul was born in Willmar, Minnesota and he always had a deep appreciation for those around him. He was known for his witty shenanigans that will be missed by many. Camping and spending time with Leslie, family, friends, grandchildren and niece brought him immense happiness.  He cherished his friends and his coworkers at US Water. The family would also like to thank the compassionate and caring staff at both Mercy and Abbott Northwestern Hospitals. Celebration of Life 2pm Sunday, June 2 at Cremation Society of Minnesota, 7835 Brooklyn Boulevard, Brooklyn Park (763-560-3100) with visitation one hour before service.
