Obituary of Robert G. Keckhafer

Keckhafer, Robert "Bob" G. Age 90, of Minnetonka passed away peacefully on May 10, 2019. He was born July 28, 1928 in Mound, MN. Preceded in death by his parents, George and Fannie Keckhafer; sister, Lorraine Ahlberg; brother-in-law, Richard Ahlberg; and son, Mark. Survived by sons, Todd (Debi) and Jay (Chris) and grandchildren Paul (PJ) and Jessie. After graduating from Mound High School, in 1946 he spent two years in the Army in Korea. After finishing school in Accounting and Business Administration he worked at a Minneapolis bank for 10 years as a Commercial Lending Officer and went into Accounting where he received his CPA certificate. He worked in both private and public industry. When he retired in 1990 he moved to Voyager Village in Danbury WI. With his new dog "Cinder" he fished and played golf every day of the summer. He started a computer club which was instrumental in bringing the Internet to that area of WI. After "Cinder" passed away he moved back to Minneapolis. A private family service will be held to celebrate the life of our loving father and grandfather.
