Jeffrey Scott Lamb

Age 27, survived by his father and mother, Scott “Chopper” and Donette Lamb; brother, Chris Lamb and his girlfriend Tiara Grooms; Jeff’s girlfriend, Carol Poolo and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Jeff was freed from his demons on May 9, 2019. He grew up in Champlin, MN. He loved baseball, hunting and fishing. He enjoyed spending time at his favorite place on Earth which was the family cabin in Nisswa. He was always the comedian in the room and would do anything to make someone laugh.

We will forever miss his bright smile and big hugs. We love you!

The family would prefer memorials be sent to New Beginnings in Waverly, MN.

A memorial gathering will be held Sunday, May 19^th from 12-3PM at Cremation Society of Minnesota, 7835 Brooklyn Blvd. Brooklyn Park.
