Obituary of John Randall Brynteson

Brynteson, John Randall “Papa John”, of Edina passed away peacefully surrounded by family on May 1, 2019 at the age of 78.  Preceded in death by parents Harold and Ruth; he is survived by daughters, Sherri (Steve) Knight, Sandy (Fred) Poferl and Susan (Travis) Mosley; grandchildren, Zachary, Anthony and Whitney Knight, Samantha and Joseph Poferl, and Ashley (Craig) Thiel and Travis Mosley Jr.; and great grandson, Craig William Thiel III; brother, Bob (Nancy) Brynteson and sister, Betsy Palm; many nieces and nephews. John was a 1959 graduate of Edina High School.  He enjoyed anything sports related and spending time with his three “bunnies” (daughters) and their children.  He will be deeply missed.
