Obituary of William "Bill" Rybos

William "Bill" Rybos, 87, of Duluth, passed away Thursday, April 25, 2019 in Viewcrest Health Center, in Duluth.

Bill was born in Duluth on August 23, 1931 to Otto and Esther Ryobas. He graduated from Morgan Park High School.

In 1952, he was drafted into the Marine Corps and was honorably discharged as a Sergeant in 1954.

Bill was employed with US Steel for 30 years, until the plant closed; he then went on to work as a custodian for Saint Louis County until his retirement in 2002.

Bill was a devoted husband and a loving father and grandfather.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 62 years, Beverly; daughter, Teresa Colomb; and brother, Raymond Rybos, Sr.

Bill is survived by his daughters, Rena (Bob) Bucci and Brenda (George) Anderson; grandchildren: Melissa (John) Lindley, Andy Bucci, Jennifer (Tom) Borowicz; Breanna and Allison Anderson; great-granddaughter, Jenna Lindley; and son-in-law, Jerry Colomb.

A private family gathering will be held at a later date.
