Obituary of Willam Gregory "Willie" Myers

William Gregory "Willie" Myers, 65, of Proctor, passed away Tuesday, April 23, 2019 in Essentia Health, Duluth.

Willie was born in Duluth, August 11, 1953 to John and Mary Myers.

He was an avid gardener, especially his prize tomatoes and manicured "plus" lawn. He was also a dedicated Vikings and Minnesota Twins Fan.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Willie is survived by his long-time partner, Joanne Tisdell; brothers: Robert (Sandy), James (Roberta), Richard (Sissy), Michael, Paul (Jan), Daryl, Gary (Brenda); and several nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held 1 p.m., Friday, May 3, 2019 at the Proctor Moose, 415 3rd Ave, Proctor.
