Obituary of Mildred Priscilla Olson

OLSON (HANSON), Mildred P., age 97, of Brooklyn Park, MN, formerly of Hillsboro, ND, passed away on April 22, 2019.  She is preceded in death by her husband, Edmund Olson; parents, Oscar and Dina Hanson.  She will be deeply missed by her daughter, Diane Murch (John); grandchildren, Michelle Murch, Mark Murch, Mandi Murch; great grandchildren, Zachary Murch, Adam Murch, Tyrena Murch, Valerie Murch Ayieni and Thomas Murch; nieces, nephews, other relatives and good friends.  Mildred grew up in Trail County, North Dakota – graduated from Hillsboro High School and attended college in Minneapolis.  She worked in the County Auditor’s office as Deputy and then County Auditor until her retirement.  She enjoyed traveling, reading, painting and spending her winters in Hawaii.  Funeral Service will be 11am Monday, May 13th at First Memorial Funeral Home - 7835 Brooklyn Boulevard, Brooklyn Park with visitation 1 hour before service. She will be buried with her husband at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
