SACK, Lucille June

Lucille “June” passed away peacefully at JA Wedum Hospice in Brooklyn Park, MN on April 19, 2019.  June was born in Three Rivers, MI., graduating from Three Rivers High School and attending Western Michigan University.  June moved to Black River Falls, WI with her parents and worked for U.S. Rep. Hall in his home district and in his Washington D.C. office.  She later worked in the insurance industry in Black River Falls.  June moved to Minneapolis in 1967 and began a career with 3M – retiring after 25 years.  June was on who always thought of the feelings and wishes of others, rather than her own.  Her mission in life was always to be of service to others.  June is survived by husband, Loren; son, Brooks Silvernail (Laurie) Cross Lake, MN; grandsons, Brandon (Marnie) Silvernail & Garrett Silvernail of Baxter, MN;  great grandchildren, Riley, Cameryn, Ryan and Sophie D. Silvernail; many relatives and good friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Blanch Gessinger; first husband, Ted Silvernail; son, Mark Silvernail; sisters, Evan and Mary.  Funeral arrangements are pending  Private interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.  Memorials preferred to St. Joseph the Worker Church.    www.cremationsocietyofmn.com
