Obituary of Victor C. Potter

Potter, Victor C.

age 77 of Minnetonka, MN passed away March 23rd  2019. Preceded in death by parents and five brothers and sisters.

Vic was a mechanical engineer and served at the University of Minnesota as Assistant Physical Plant Manager, Physical Plant Manager at the University of Northern Iowa. Vic also served as Director of Transportation and Physical Plant for the Des Moines School District. Vic was a wonderful husband and father and will be greatly missed.  Vic was a member of Prairie Community Church and loved singing in the choir. Vic's spirit will live on in the hearts of those who knew him. 

Survived by his wife of 55 years, Connie; son, Ron Christopher (Diahann) Potter; daughter, Kelli Nicole (Ian) Plater; grandchildren Makenna Potter, Cole Potter, Lanie Plater and Easton Plater; many other relatives and friends. 

Celebration of Life Service will be held at Prairie Community Church at 9145 Eden Prairie Road, Eden Prairie MN at 11AM on Friday April 26th. Visitation 1 hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers preferred Memorials to be made to the family to be distributed to several charities of their choice.
