Obituary of William Lee Meyers

William “Bill” Meyers of Zimmerman, MN passed on Sunday, April 7, 2019 surrounded by his family. He was born September 6, 1943 in Waukegan,IL.

Bill was employed at Star Litho in Plymouth, MN prior to his retirement. He was an avid golfer and had his best luck at the 19th hole. He was an excellent pool player in his younger days. He also enjoyed bowling. He was fondly known by his friends as Chicago Willy or Big Willy.

Bill is preceded in death by his wife, Judy; parents, Otis “Jack”and Lucille (Brown) Meyers; brothers, John and Larry Meyers; and sister Joan Koukal.

He is survived by his daughter, Kelli (Aaron Hendricks) Meyers; son, Michael (Becky) Nordin; sister, Nancy Jarrett; grandchildren, Jace (Ariel) Nordin and Alyssa (David) Harms; and great grandchildren, Matthew, Axton, Renee and Dorian.

A Celebration of Life will be scheduled at a later date for family and friends. He will be dearly missed.
