Obituary of Lloyd B. Litchy

Litchy, Lloyd B., 93, passed away on March 19, 2019.  He was born in Holdingford, MN to Richard and Mary (Pierskalla) Litchy on February 3, 1926 and was one of seven siblings along with Adella, Lorraine, Dolores, Leona, Hilary and Marion.  Lloyd was the ultimate storyteller! There was never a time he wouldn't stop to tell a story or recount a memory. He also enjoyed many pastimes including golf, cars, motorcycles, bikes and woodworking.  He was the consummate outdoorsman with a love of gardening, hunting and fishing. He loved his long time neighbors and his most recent neighbors as well. There was nothing Lloyd couldn't fix, repair or build.  He is survived by daughter, Linda (David) Borrell; son, Randy (Debbie); daughter, Joan (Jim) Johnson; grandchildren, Christopher Knotz, Jennifer (Garret) Hahn, Rachel (Ross) Mammen, Deena (Kordell) Van Heuveln, Steven Litchy; and great grandchildren, Madison, Ryan, Quentin, Lincoln, and Winston.  Lloyd is predeceased by his most beloved wife, Dorathy.  A Memorial Service will be at 1 PM on Thursday, April 18, 2019 followed by a reception at Cremation Society of MN, 7110 France Ave, Edina.
