Age 61, of Minneapolis, MN, passed away on March 18, 2019. Survived by parents, Norbert Sr. and Shirley; sister, Jill (Rick) Blevins; brother, Tim; nephew and nieces, Brett and Ally Blevins and Audrey Wegmann; other loving relatives, friends and four legged friends, Biana and Mandy.
