Me n Bill have been out of touch longer than we've been friends. We grew up and experienced many life altering experiences together. He became for me an object lesson in what not to be. I will remember his passion for life. Everytime i hear Bob Marley, Burning Spear, the Cure and many other music i remember so many moments we were together. Farewell old friend.

Billy and I - two adventurous boys, brothers really - in the sunshine.
Sending all my love to all his friends and loved ones and remembering him well today.
He was an awesome person. Incredibly spirited, brave, and smart.
May love & peace surround you all today.

Bill was like an awesome brother I never had (even though I do have my own brother named Bill however he has always been a jerk to me).
I knew we would get along the first time I met him. I didn’t know him when he was going through his life of discovery - I only got to know him afterward when he had already learned what he didn’t want to be like. Even though he was constantly in pain he kept himself busy by working on my house along with his moms. He was here so much he became part of our family. Amanda and I brought up Bill’s name almost daily when he wasn’t here. He is severely missed in our lives already.
However we do have the hope to see him again (after Armageddon) if we ourselves can make it into the new system. So for know it is comforting to know that Bill is in Jehovah’s hands and will no longer be in any pain.
So because of this knowledge and hope to see him again — I’m going to view Bill as being on vacation in the outback of Australia where there are no phones and he won’t be back until Jehovah steps in to put this wicked world to an end.
Jeanne, Jamie, Jake, and the rest of the family — We love you all and want you to know we are here for you — as you are family to us!
Love you all and may Jehovah be with you all through this rough time!

There was no one like Bill. The day I met him (when he bit my arm even though he had a perfectly good nylabone around his neck) I knew he would forever change my life.

Bill was my first boyfriend - first love when I met him at our school (Fair in Robinsdale) when we were both 14 around 1990.
We were together for 3 years.
We reconnected in 2009 and stayed connected from there on until the last 2 years.
He reached out to me last weekend and wanted to talk so we made a date to chat this week.
I just cannot believe this
He is the only person I still talked to regularly from all those years ago and I am feeling a true loss here. Our late night phone calls that turned into 4 hours every time - fuck.

I have so many fun memories with Bill. He was the kind of person you could joke around with one minute and then have a deep conversation the next. He was an excellent story teller. Everything he said was entertaining, even though you knew he was making it up as he went. He will be missed!

Spending time with family, gardening, traveling, animals, cooking, music, reading, singing along, good shows. These were some of Bill's passions.

I met Bill at Ava & Evan's wedding. He wore a fun tropical shirt and beamed at Ava during the whole ceremony. He had a sweet smile and kind eyes. I hope to get to know him when all things are new and the difficulties of this system are all behind us. My heart and prayers are with the family.
