Obituary of Bruce Francis Bubb

On Sunday, February 24th, 2019, Bruce Bubb, loving husband, father, and friend, passed away at the age of 62 in Duluth, MN.

Bruce was born on May 16th, 1956 at Fort Leonard Wood, MO to Archie and Helen (Barczak) Bubb. On July 17th, 1976, Bruce married the love of his life, Carol (Bernard) Bubb. They raised one son, Bryan Bubb, of Duluth, MN, who was born in 1983. The couple moved to Duluth, MN in 1977. Upon first moving to Duluth, Bruce began to drive beer delivery trucks as a start to his employment in the area. He would eventually begin to work for Economy Garages until branching off as a self-employed cabinet maker and general contractor for the remainder of his working years.

Bruce had a passion for woodworking. He was a talented cabinet maker and an accomplished general contractor, a jack of all trades. Bruce was fond of cooking and loved preparing meals for family and friends. He enjoyed evenings at home around the fire pit in the back yard or inside watching TV with his beloved wife Carol. Bruce had an affection for animals with an affinity for dogs. He also loved antiques, pottery, blues music, and classic cars.

Bruce was preceded in death by his wife, Carol, his father, Archie, and his mother, Helen. He is survived by his son, Bryan.

No service will be held per Bruce's wishes.
