Obituary of Maynard Albert Kewitsch

Maynard Albert Kewitsch, age 85, of Burnsville, passed away with loving family at his side, Sunday February 17, 2019, after a long battle with cancer. Survived by loving wife of 63 years, Marlys. Children; Michelle (Larry) Kissinger, Michael (Patty) Kewitsch, Mark (Denise) Kewitsch, Maureen Broich, 11 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and many extended family members and friends. Preceded in death by beloved daughter, Julie Kay, and parents Albert Kewitsch and Doris Milner. Maynard served in the U.S. Marine Corp during the Korean War. He retired from a 32 year career with Control Data. He had a great faith and loved his family deeply. He spent many enjoyable hours researching his family genealogy. Memorial service 1pm Friday, March 1, 2019 at Faith Covenant Church, 12921 Nicollet Avenue South, Burnsville. Visitation one hour prior to service. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Faith Covenant Church. Private interment to be held at later date.
