Obituary of Carole G. Shafer

Shafer, Carole Grace (Anderson)  

Age 84, of Lakeville, MN passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on February 10, 2019. Carole was born in St. Paul, MN on July 22, 1934. She graduated at the U of M in Physical Therapy. Carole enjoyed volunteering at Christiania Lutheran Church in Lakeville. During retirement she enjoyed traveling, camping, reading, sewing and walking. Preceded in death by her husband, Larry Shafer. Survived by sons, Michael Jordan and Jim Jordan; daughter, Lynne (Bryan) Hed; grandchildren, Cortney Jordan, Kenny Ekblad and Tim Ekblad; many loving relatives and friends. Memorial service 11 am on Saturday, May 18th at Christiania Lutheran Church, 26691 Pillsbury Ave., Lakeville, MN 55044. Visitation one hour prior to service.
