Obituary of Jamie G Bryant

Jamie Bryant, age 59 of Bloomington, passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones after a long battle with breast cancer on February 1, 2019. Jamie was born on Pendleton Base, California on January 5, 1960 to parents Don Lovo and Barbara Lovo (maiden name). After moving to Minnesota, Jamie met the love of her life and high school sweetheart, Kevin Bryant. They married on February 10th, 1995. Together, they had two children: Kristie and Brandon Bryant. Some of Jamie’s favorite things were gardening, cooking, riding on the boat or in the Chevelle, listening to music with her family, completing puzzles and word searches, doing intricate craftwork (she made amazing fish mobiles out of colored ribbon), crochet, sewing, cross stich. Jamie loved spending time with her grandchildren, Michael, Kristina and Kylie. Later in life, Jamie, Kristie and grandchildren Michael and Kristina loved exploring and hiking Minnesota state parks and many national parks out west.

She is preceded in death by husband Kevin Bryant, father Don Lovo, mother and father In-Law Steven and Bonnie Bryant. She is survived by mother Barbara, siblings Gary, Donnie (Jackie), David (Jessica) and Robin (Danny), children Kristie and Brandon, grandchildren Michael, Kristina and Kylie and many nieces and nephews.

She was a wonderful and caring wife, daughter, mother and grandmother who always wanted her family to be happy and have fun. While she leaves behind heartbroken children and family members, they take comfort in knowing she is no longer suffering from pain but rests peacefully and has been reunited with her husband Kevin.

A funeral will be held on Sunday, February 10th, with a visitation at 1:00 p.m. and services at 2:00 p.m. Kevin and Jamie will be reunited on their 24th Wedding Anniversary at the Cremation Society of MN in Minneapolis. 4343 Nicollet Ave S.
