Obituary of Emily J. Olson

Emily J. Olson, age 65, of Golden Valley, passed away on January 10, 2019, after a five year battle with cancer. Preceded in death by her parents, Bill & Joy Olson, and her cousin, Nancy. Emily held an MBA from the Carlson School of Management, working as a Statistical Forecaster for Honeywell. She was a Hospice volunteer for 24 years. She was universally loved for her spirit, kindness, and positive attitude. Emily is survived by her husband, Michel; sister, Cynthia; niece, Jessie; cousin, Susan; other relatives and many friends. A Gathering in Memory of Emily will be held at JAX Café, 1928 University Ave NE in Mpls on Saturday, June 15th at 5:00 PM, with light refreshments to follow.
