A vibrant woman with a love for travel, family and fashion: Vickie traveled the world with her husband Bruce, loved spending time with the grandkids and family, and was always dressed for the occasion.

Vickie is preceded in death (2016) by her father, Howard Erickson.

Vickie is survived by her mother Patricia Erickson, husband Bruce Thompson, children, Jonathan Natzel (Jennifer), Tricia Kohn (Nicholas), Emily Duong (Trent), Brian Thompson, Michelle Nilsson (Eric) and a special bonus, Maggie Ohegyi from Budapest. Nine grandchildren, Damian, Shelbi (Jonathan); Brynn, Ellis, Gillian, Henrik (Tricia); Niall (Emily); Brennan, Alaina (Michelle), Siblings, Rhonda Pentz (Paul), Lori Dimity (Thomas), Sheila Zejdlik (Randy), Kurt Erickson (Michelle), Brenda Lundeen (Jeffrey), Brad Erickson (Jennifer), and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A celebration of her life will be held at 3pm on 18th of January, with visitation at 2pm, at Oxlip Church, 29237 Roanoke St NW, Isanti, MN 55040, with arrangements by Cremation Society of Minnesota.

Vickie “dressed to the nines” for any occasion; to honor her memory and celebrate her life, the family has suggested to have everyone try to dress in “Vickie style”.
