Obituary of Cleone V Feeny
Feeny, Cleone V.
On Monday, January 7, 2019, Cleone Feeny, passed away peacefully at home at the remarkable age of 95. She was born and grew up in Mount Olive, North Carolina – retaining her southern accent and love for warm weather for the rest of her life. She worked as a secretary for the Pentagon during World War II; during which time, she met and married a young man from Minnesota named Vincent (Vic) Feeny. After the war, they moved to Minneapolis and had three children, Steven, Pamela and Deborah. Cleone was devoted to her children, her garden and her pets. She had an enduring faith and, after 95 years on this earth, looked forward to being with the Lord. Cleone is pre-deceased by her parents, siblings, ex-husband and grandson Christopher Patin; but she will be deeply missed by her children, Steve (Kathy) Feeny, Pam (Tim) Loehlein, Deb Feeny; grandchildren Chris (Julie) Patin, Allison (Paul) Fannin, Brianna (Josh) Molnar, Chad (Amber) Feeny; great grandchildren Abigail, Samantha, Vera and Piper; and her “crazy” cat Lucy
