Obituary of Marie Moretto Angelo

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Marie Moretto Angelo of Superior, WI age 85, following a very brief illness, on January 6th, 2019 at 8:40 AM. She was surrounded by her family at the time of her passing.

She is survived by her husband James, three children, Jean (Khaled) Kathib Elgin, SC, Ted (JeriAnn) St Paul, MN, and Jim (Jane) Savage, MN, her brother Victor (Shirley) Moretto Wrenshall, MN, as well as 6 grandchildren, Dimitri, Alexandra, Nick, Calvin, Georgia, and Elena. In addition, she is survived by many nieces and nephews.

She was born September 22nd 1933 in Dewey Wisconsin the daughter of Gervazio and Alphonsa (Dincau) Moretto. She was one of 10 siblings with 8 brothers and 1 sister.

The family with hold a private ceremony at the Cremation Society of Minnesota in Duluth on Friday, January 11th.

Marie married James Angelo on October 14th, 1959 and they were happily married for the past 59 years. Her three children have prospered due to her love and care and will miss her greatly. Our time with this wonderful woman was way too short. Her greatest joy was having her children and grandchildren around her so she could spoil them and shower them with love. We love you ma and always will.
