Cameron Kaspari

Obituary of Cameron Kaspari

Cameron Kaspari, age 94, died in his home after a brief illness on Sunday, December 30th, 2018.

He was born in Canada, educated in Duluth, and then attended the Canadian Bible Institute in Regina, Saskatchewan. He and his wife were converted to Christ at a Youth for Christ rally held in the Denfeld Auditorium in 1947. They then became life-long followers of the Lord Jesus.

He is survived by his loving wife Pearl and four children, Susan of Palm Desert, CA, Timothy (Linda) of Wrenshall, Daniel (Alison) of Makinen, and Claudia (Wes Pinkerman) of Wayne, NE.

He was a loving and devoted father and grandfather (21 grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren) and will be remembered fondly by many, not only in this area, but also in California where they lived for 31 years.

Cam and Pearl were actively involved in the establishing of the Valley Christian Assembly in Palm Desert in 1979. This church is thriving to this day, with three services each weekend. This church had its beginning in the weekly bible study in their home until the growth of that group found it necessary to purchase property for this growing church which is their site to this present day.

There will be no memorial at this time, but there will be a celebration of life gathering at a later date.
