I'm am so glad I made the trip last February to Eden Prairie to visit Fred and help celebrate 90 years of his wonderful life with all the family! It was a great time and so much fun! It was nice to hear him talk about his Dad's dairy farm and ice cream recipes, his baseball history, and his enthusiasm for the Twins baseball Team. He was always coming up with "oneliners" throughout the day to keep us smiling and laughing! He was definitely a lover of life and never complained about anything!
I will miss my Uncle Fred, but will always feel lucky to have shared such good times with him and all the Kroog family!
Fred's spirit is alive and well as it is evident in his children!
