Obituary of Earl Edwin Swanson

Swanson, Earl E. Age 79, passed away on December 16, 2018 in Minneapolis, MN. Preceded in death by his loving wife Joan. Survived by daughters, Deborah (Stephen), Michelle (Jay), Kimberley (Paul), Lisa (Paul); 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grand-children; sister, Sharon; & brother, Jim (Karen). Earl was a 1957 graduate of Patrick Henry High School, a U.S. Navy veteran, and retired member of IBEW Local 292. He loved the outdoors: hunting, fishing and enjoying time at the cabin with family and friends. He also spent many years making taxes less painful for his clients. A gathering for family and friends to share favorite memories will be held at the Cremation Society of Minnesota, 7110 France Ave S, Edina, on Thursday, December 27th from 4 to 7pm. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donating to your favorite charity.
