Obituary of Frances Ramona Wellbrock
Frances Fuentes Wellbrock (Varela), age 79, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 15, 2018. Cheerful, generous and kind, she was loved and respected by all. Survived by her children Fernando Jr., Roland, Claudia, Steve, Rudy, Diana, Mike, 13 grandchildren, 7 great- grandchildren; and many siblings.
