Nelson, Helen L. (nee Griffin)

Age 92, of Brooklyn Park, passed away peacefully on November 11, 2018 after an eight + year battle with Dementia. Preceded in death by husband, Ernest; sisters; Gloria and Barbara; brother, Roger; great granddaughter, Norma Jean. She will be deeply missed by children, Kathryn (Robert) Larson, Michael, Steven (Michelle), Lori (Roberto) Atienza, Todd (Lisa); many grandchildren; great-grandchildren; brother, Gordon (Shirley); many relatives and good friends. Celebration of Life 2 PM on Sunday, January 27, 2019 at First Lutheran Church of Crystal, 7708 62nd Ave. N., Brooklyn Park (763-537-4576). Visitation at church 1 hour before service. Memorials preferred.
