Obituary of Mark Robert Schupmann

Mark Robert Schupmann, age 70 of Minneapolis. Born November 14, 1947 and passed away October 30, 2018 as a result of multiple health issues. Preceded in death by his parents, Rev. Otto and Lydia Schupmann. Survived by brother Paul (Mary Jo) Schupmann, sisters Diane Kampe and Connie Holmer, seven nieces, one nephew and many other family and friends. Mark grew up in North Minneapolis, and graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Art History. He pursued many art forms throughout his life, and was a devoted, life-long Gopher and Vikings fan. The family would like to thank the staff at HCMC and St. Therese Senior Services of New Hope for the care and friendship they provided to Mark during his final months. A memorial for Mark will be held the summer of 2019; further notice to follow.  A Celebration of Life and Memorial Service will be held this coming Wednesday, 7/17, at Broadway Pizza, 2025 West River Road, from 2-4 PM. All of his friends from North High and beyond are invited.
