Obituary of Angela Marie Knoof

Angela Marie Knoof passed away surrounded by family on October 31, 2018 in Eagan, Minnesota. Cancer took her life at 53. Angie is survived by her mom, Karen Knoof; dad, Bob Knoof; sister, Lisa Knoof; brother, Dan Knoof (Chanda); 7 nieces and nephews; 5 great-nieces and nephews and many aunts, uncles and cousins. She loved her dogs, Angel and Fritz, who passed away 5 years ago. Angie was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The family moved to Eagan where she lived the rest of her life. She began working at Cub Foods in 1981 and worked there until she retired in May of this year. She also recently earned her paralegal degree in 2017. Angie loved to travel, visiting Europe 10 times, the first time with her high school French class. She was also an avid reader. We are deeply saddened with our loss and will miss the beautiful woman she was. A celebration of Angie’s life will be held November 18 from 12:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the Apple Valley American Legion, 14521 Granada Dr., Apple Valley.
