Obituary of Jean Marie Kapsner

Jean Marie Kapsner, age 77, of Eden Prairie, passed away Sunday October 7, 2018. Preceded in death by parents Martin Schulzenten-berge and Beata (Meyer) Schultzenberge. Jean, the most tenured nurse in the Fairview Health System to date, served countless patients throughout her long career as a nurse. Known for her tenacity and strong work ethic, she was a valued team member and caregiver to many until she retired. Her two sons were her pride and joy. She is survived by sons: Jason (Julie) Kapsner, Jeff (Christine) Kapsner, grandchildren: Avery, Kate, Colin, Kendall and Grayson Kapsner, siblings: Diane (Earl) Athmann, Judy (Jim) Eveslage, David (Dorothy) Schultzenberge, Linda Meyer, and nieces and nephews. Memorial Service to be held Saturday October 20, 2018 at 11:00am at Woodridge Church in Medina, 1500 County Rd 24, Long Lake, MN 55356, 763-230-6300. Light refreshments to follow.
