Obituary of John T. Peer

John T. Peer, age 81, passed away Sept. 22nd surrounded by love from his family. Preceded in death by his parents Asa and Shirley Peer. Survived by his wife Darlene, daughters Meredith Kvittem and Suzanne Peer, Stepdaughter Julie Hazlett (David), Stepson Michael Meredith (Deb), Grandson Jacob Kvittem, Granddaughter Hannah Kvittem, Brother Jim Peer (Judy) & nephews. His sharp wit and humor will be missed by everyone. After he graduated from Roosevelt High School, he joined the Army. When he returned he graduated from the University of MN and continued with his education, working for his Masters Degree. He worked for Large companies in responsible positions: Control Data, Alliant TechSystems (Honeywell) and lastly The Boeing Company. He was in severe pain in the last years of his life, but still retained his sense of humor and enjoyed life and time spent with family and friends. Memorial service Tuesday October 2nd 11:00am at Bridgewood Church, 6201 W. 135th St. Savage. Visitation 9:30-10:30am prior to service.
