Obituary of Natividad Benjamin Vasquez

Age 89 of White Bear Lake Passed away peacefully at home in White Bear Lake. Surrounded by his loving family on January 12, 2018. “Ned” was a very kind quiet generous gentleman. Served in US Army & Air Force (Korean War) and Air Force reserve. Who retired as a custodian from the WB school district. Enjoyed listening to music (Benny Goodman, Glen Miller, Stan Getz, Los Panchos, Jose & Alicia), playing his guitar, nature, reading western pocketbooks, watching movies, tv shows and classy cars. Preceded in death by parents Masedonio and Soledad, stepmother Concepcion (Concha), brothers Silviano, Masedonio Jr. (Doe), sisters Isabel (Terry), Lucille (Lou), stepsister Maria (Coquie). Survived by wife Karolynn, son Robert (Tony Valley), daughters Teresa (Dave) Haskvitz, Patricia (Ken) Jensen, Mary (Bob Angeli), and Linda. Grandsons Robert (Kim) Jensen, John (Christina) Jensen, William Haskvitz, Thomas (Beatriz) Haskvitz. And, three great grandchildren Olivia, Lylah, and Willow Jensen. Also survived by brothers and sisters: Guadalupe “Shorty” Bossart, Blasa “Bliss” Garcia, Florentino “Tino” (Joyce), Celia Hiland, Leroy, Frances Mudek, Anthony (Diane), Richard (Debbie Wexler), Patrick (Tanya), Sylvia (Marty) Furlong, Virginia “Vicky“ (Carlos) Rodriguez, Rebecca (Michael) Heelan. And many nieces and nephews. Gravesite burial at Fort Snelling in May. Date pending until confirmed.
