Obituary of Judith Ann Roode

Roode, Judith Ann Johnson Age 75, of St. Paul, Minnesota passed away on August 25, 2018 after a long and debilitating illness. She is preceded in death by her parents, Lucille Grace Musolf and Elmer Severin Johnson. A fierce artist, committed educator and insightful friend, she will be missed by many. Judith taught at MCAD and has a long exhibition resume including the 2011 Nash Gallery group exhibition, "Drawing the Human Figure." She was involved with the feminist collective WARM, inventing their mentor program. She made a mean tomato sauce and her laugh is unforgettable.
