Obituary of Phyllis Elizabeth Domas

Domas, Phyllis Elizabeth Age 97, born on July 30, 1920 and passed away peacefully on January 19, 2018. Phyllis grew up on the farm south of the community of Nicollet, MN. She attended grade school in Judson, MN and completed her education with graduation from Nicollet High School. After marriage to George Domas, Phyllis became a resident of North Mankato and Mankato, MN. She was a long time office employee of the Bretts Department Store in Mankato. After retirement George and Phyllis enjoyed many winters in Mesa, AZ. They enjoyed traveling to Europe and after George’s death Phyllis enjoyed several cruises and travel with family and friends. Preceded in death by husband, George P. Domas; parents, Edward and Hazel Hendley; siblings, Marilyn (Willard) Blank and Rex (Carol) Hendley; sister-in-law, Bernice (Ray) Forst; brother-in-law, Oris (Marie) Domas. Survived by nephews, nieces and friends. Memorial service will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday, May 3, 2018 at the Cremation Society of MN, 7110 France Ave S., Edina, MN 55435 (952)924-4100. Burial will be held following at Hebron Cemetery, Nicollet County near Judson, MN. Memorials preferred to the Alzheimer Society of Minnesota and North Dakota.
