Obituary of Charles L. Neumann

Neumann Charles L. Age 62 Formally from South St Paul passed away on January 28, 2018. Preceded in death by parents Rudolph and Fern; and brother Allen Neumann. Survived by daughters Melissa (Chris) Bravo, Stephanie, and Katie (Samuel) Keller; former wife Linda; brothers Bruce (Andrea), and Dennis; sister in-law Jean (Dick) Mills; grandchildren Louis, Hank, Samuel, Natalie, Clara, Lillian, and Scott. Charlie worked for St Paul Regional Water Services. He primarily worked as a heavy equipment operator and was a proud member of the Local "49rs" Union for Operating Engineers. He retired after 34 years of service. Charlie enjoyed golf, hunting, and fishing. Many great family memories were made on the lake. He loved to play his guitars and had a true rock 'n roll heart. A private celebration will be held at a later date.
