Obituary of Mary Therese Quinn

Mary Therese (Hallet) Quinn Age 86, of White Bear Lake, passed away peacefully surrounded by family January 30, 2018. Preceded in death by parents, Ferdinand A. Hallet Jr. and Kathryn (Hallet) Ruplin (nee Hennessey); sister, Muriel K. Milstein; and brother, Ferdinand A. (Hallet) Ruplin. Though Mary was a homecoming queen, successful secretary, and proud Irish woman, there can be no doubt that in her eyes it was her children and role as mother that defined her long and loving life. She is survived by her brother, Thomas (Hallet) Ruplin; children, Leighton (Sue), Therese (David Schaff), Kathryn, Thomas, Phillip (Linda), and Andrew (Toni) Quinn; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild; former husband C. Leighton Quinn; and many other relatives and friends. Memorial gathering 2-5 p.m. Saturday, April 28 at Cremation Society of MN, 7110 France Ave S, Edina.
