Obituary of William Dale Hannay

William “Bill” Dale Hannay, 70 year resident of Brooklyn Center, passed away on 2/1/2018 peacefully at the age of 96. He will be missed by his 3 children and their families, James W. Hannay of Shawano, WI, Michael J. Hannay of Virginia, MN and Linda Hannay Nelson of Eden Prairie, MN, including 7 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his loving wife, Twila in 2013 after 68 years of marriage, and son John B. Hannay in 2016. Memorial services will be held on April 8, 2018 at 2:00 pm at the Cremation Society of Minnesota, 7835 Brooklyn Blvd in Brooklyn Park (763-560-3100). Private family internment at Fort Snelling. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the charity of your choice.
