Obituary of Thomas Fredrick Wallraff

Age 86 6/30/1931-2/3/2018 Born and raised in Saint Paul, MN, Tom served in and received an Honorable discharge from the US Army, having spent time in Korea. Tom attended the University of Minnesota and Saint Cloud State University earning a BA in Accounting and Business Administration. He was the Director of Finance and Treasurer for the City of West Saint Paul for 12 years. Preceded in death by Ginger Neff; siblings Jean Hunt, Lois O’Keefe Dunne, John William Wallraff, Ruth Mary Proue, Edna Jensen, David Wallraff, Richard Wallraff, and Joanne Oman. Survived by sister Virginia Pierce of Saint Paul, Minnesota, children, Becky (Pat 2014) Barnes, Bobbi (Dave) Wehrs, Bill (Mary) Wallraff, Dave (Anamaria) Wallraff and Gina Wallraff; grandchildren, Sarah (Alex) Hokenson, David Wallraff, Michael Wallraff, Kelly (Trent) Nyhammer, Kevin (Holly DeClerck) Wallraff, Teresa Wehrs, Sean Barnes, Hayden Wallraff, Kate Wehrs, Camden Wallraff, Evan Wallraff, Antonio Wallraff; great-grandchildren, Ethan, Owen, Emma and Alena and many nieces and nephews. Memorials to the family will be donated to the International Wolf Center in Ely Minnesota. A celebration of life will be held at The Cremation Society in Saint Paul, 1979 Old Hudson Road, on Saturday February 24th.Visitation at 10:00 am with service to follow at 11:00.
