Obituary of Marvin Elmer Skinner

Marvin Elmer Skinner Age 89, of Rosemount, passed away on February 20, 2018. Preceded in death by his parents, Elmer & Lena and brother-in-law, Wally Dunn. Survived by wife of 65 years, Elyse; daughters, Michelle Neuer & Tamara (Mike) McMenomy; son, Jeffrey (Tami); 8 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; sister, Vi Dunn & brother-in-law, Phillip (Susan) Martin. Memorial service will be Friday, March 2 at The Well, a United Methodist Church, 14770 Canada Ave., Rosemount. Visitation at 9:30 am, service at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the music department at The Well.
