Obituary of Michael Edward Palbicki

Palbicki, Michael E. Sr, age 75 of Minneapolis, passed away March 1, 2018. 50 year member of Pipefitters Union Local 539. USMC veteran and past Commander of American Legion Laidlaw Post #1 and lifetime member of VFW and DAV. Survived by wife of 53 years Elaine; sons Mike Jr. (Rebecca), Robert (Judy) and Douglas (Becca); grandchildren Ashley, Heidi, Cody, Kyle, Lincoln, Delainey and Griffin; siblings Pat, Richard, William and Gigi; many nieces and nephews. Visitation Wednesday March 7 from 5:00-8:00pm at First Memorial Waterston Chapel, 4343 Nicollet Ave, Minneapolis, MN (612)825-4567. Funeral service Thursday March 8 at 11:00am with visitation 10:00-11:00 at Church of the Incarnation, 3817 Pleasant Ave So, Minneapolis, MN. Private interment Ft. Snelling National Cemetery. A special thank you to the VA Hospital for the wonderful care given to Michael for over 50 years. In lieu of flowers memorials preferred to donors choice.
