Obituary of Eugene Cole

"Bike Man of Billings Park" Eugene Cole Superior Native Eugene Cole, 92 passed on March 19, 2018. Eugene was a retired postal worker, Navy Veteran of WWII and the Korean War and longtime member of Fraternal Order of Eagles. He was preceded in death by his wife of 55 years, Beverly (Lippai) Cole, son Thomas Cole, father Zenas Cole, mother Grace Larkin-Cole, and brothers and sisters Edgar Cole, Myrtle Lanswick, Linus Cole, Zenas Cole, Neal Cole, Allen Cole, Rosemary Cole and dear friend Laura Carlson. He will be deeply missed by his children, Rosanne Cole, Kathleen Mayeux, Timothy Cole, Julianne Padilla, Jacqueline Castleberry and Stephen Cole. He was a grandfather to 14 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at Billings Park Civic Center on Thursday, April 12, 2018 at 12 noon. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Eagles Club would be greatly appreciated.
