Obituary of Thomas Floyd Eberhart

Eberhart, Thomas Floyd (Tom) Passed Tues. evening Nov. 4, 2014 of complications from a brain tumor. He was surrounded by love from his parents, Carl & Kathy; sister, Susan; brothers, Allan & John, & many of his close friends from work & Saturday morning breakfast group. Tom was born Sept. 16, 1970 in Lexington, KY, where he grew up and attended college. He moved to Minneapolis early in the 90's & worked at Ameriprise for nearly 20 years. He is also survived by his sisters-in-law, Lisa and Debbie; and nephews & nieces Itrel, Kevin, John, Kenzie & Kaitlyn. Friends were important to Tom; he was a good guy to know, for he was loyal and always ready to help. Besides family and friends, he loved life, thoroughbred horse racing, UK basketball, traveling and his dog, Ireland. His passing leaves an unfillable hole in all our hearts, but we are comforted by the knowledge that he is now in heaven where we will see him again. A funeral mass is scheduled for 10:00 am Fri., Nov. 7 at St. Olaf in Minneapolis. Visitation will begin at 9:00 am. In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to be made to the ASPCA.
