Roland, Delores "Dee" Age 85, of Mpls., passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving daughters on 11/19/14. Loving mom, grandma and great-grandma. Preceded in death by husband, Jack; sister, Ruth; brothers, Milton and Elmer. Survived by daughters, Jane (Mike) Mealey, Susan Johnson, Julie Roland (Bob) and Jaclyn Roland (Paul); grandchildren, Janice and Joe (Bertha); great-grandchildren, Brandon, Janelly (Juan), Brian, Andy and Michael; sister, Darlean; brothers, Cornell, Don (Shirley), John (Joyce) and Jerry (Joyce); many loving nieces and nephews; special friend, Evy and many other friends. A special thank you to her caregivers for their compassion. Memorial service 11 AM Sat., 11/22/14 at Minnehaha Communion Lutheran Church, 4101 37th Ave. S., Mpls. Visitation 10 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the American Cancer Society.
