Obituary of Christian Schwartzbauer

Christian Lee Schwartzbauer, 55, passed away unexpectedly in his home on March 30, 2018. He was born on August 17, 1962, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, to Michael and Nancy Schwartzbauer. Chris loved nature, hunting, fishing, camping, his dogs, his friends, his family and especially his granddaughter, Aliah. He was a man of many talents and was always willing to lend a helping hand. He will be missed by many. Chris was preceded in death by his mother, Nancy, and his father-in-law, Ken Kangas. He is survived by his wife, Vicki; beloved granddaughter, Aliah; father, Michael; daughter, Samantha, and her younger children Blaze, Bella, Kane and Styles; sister, Karen, brother-in-law, Hamoon Daghigh, and their son, Rohan; sister, Paula, and her sons, Kian and Beejan; mother-in-law, Sherry Kangas; brother-in-law, Kenny Kangas; extended family and many friends. 10:00 a.m. visitation, 11:00 a.m. funeral service, followed by a lunch and sharing of stories about Chris and his life will be held on Saturday, April 28th, all at St. John's Church, 4230 St. John's Avenue, Duluth 55803.
