Obituary of George Francis Miller

Miller, George Francis Died Jan. 5, 2015, preceded in death by his daughter, Jill Ann Kranz, his son, Patrick Shea Miller and his former wife, Helen Jean McClure; grandfather of Amy, Libby, Chasen, Sasha and Christian; beloved father of Erin Leigh Miller and Kelly McClure Miller. The fourth of seven children, he was born March 29, 1923, in Escanaba, Michigan, grew up in Marinette, Wisconsin, was a veteran of the US Army during WWII and a State Farm agent in the Minneapolis area for 43 years. He loved the Cubs and the Packers; skiing, shopping, dancing and traveling and getting dressed to the nines for a steak at Murray's. A memorial is planned for a later date.
