Loban, Phoebe M. (nee Jaroscak) age 84 of Wauchula, FL, formerly of Minneapolis, MN. Passed away January 7, 2015. Remedial Reading teacher in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Florida. Preceded in death by father Judge Paul J. Jaroscak and mother Katharine Jaroscak. Survived by children, Karen Ruth Feigin, Richard Myron Loban and Zachary Kent (Carla) Loban; grandchildren, Corey and Ann Marie. Funeral service Tuesday, January 13 at 12:00 pm with visitation 11:30 am at Lakewood Cemetery Chapel, 3600 Hennepin Ave So., Minneapolis. Memorials preferred to the American Cancer Society.
