Obituary of Roberta Heinonen

Heinonen, Roberta age 87, passed away peacefully on Jan. 15, 2015. She graduated from New York Mills High School, Class of 1945. Roberta spent most of her adult life in the Twin Cities and Clearwater, Florida. Survived by husband, Raymond; children, Raymond (Dawn) Heinonen, Ruth Stanoch, Rebecca (Rick) Pedersen, Ronald Heinonen; grandchildren, Jonathon (Melissa) Heinonen, Joseph Stanoch, Phillip Gorman, Joshua Gorman, Andrew Heinonen; great-grandchildren, Dallin Hein-onen, Logan Heinonen; sister, Joan Gates; brother, Joe (Judy) Anderson; sisters-in-law, Elsie Mikkola, Pat Anderson; many nieces and nephews and other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Blanche and Fritz Anderson; brothers, Eric and Jack; grandson, Patrick Heinonen. An informal gathering of family and friends will occur on Sat. Jan. 24, 11 a.m., Earle Brown Terrace, 6100 Summit Dr, Brooklyn Center. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
