Obituary of Brant A. Short

Short, Brant A. 81, of Woodbury, MN and formerly Bay City and St. Joseph, MI, passed away on January 27, 2015. Brant is survived by wife Barbara, children Eric (Suzy Jetzke), Susan (Greg Lawrence), Kathryn, grandchildren Nichole, Alexander, Jake, Mitch and Dan. He was a graduate of Michigan State University receiving an MBA and MS in Engineering. Originally Brant began his career in Engineering with Whirlpool in St. Joseph, Michigan and retired as a Vice President of Engineering from Doboy in Wisconsin. He was a member of St. Anne's Episcopal Church in Mendota Heights, belonged to the Retiree Whirlpool Club and was also active with the men's group at Christ Church in Woodbury. Upon Brant's wishes, a gathering for immediate family only will be held in his memory at a later date. Memorials preferred to VFW or donor's choice. A special thanks goes out to the staff at St. Joseph's Hospital in St. Paul and the support of caring friends.
