Obituary of Dorn Otto King

King, Dorn Otto Age 63, St. Paul, formerly of Columbia Heights, died at home on Feb 3 with his sisters by his side. Preceded in death by parents, Daly and Jean King. Dorn will be forever missed by sisters Daly Jean (Tony Miskoweic), Jot (John Beeson), Zoe; brothers Rory (Nan), Lael (Susan); 8 nieces and nephews, loyal dogs, Karma, Dee, and by his many friends. Standout athlete and outdoorsman, graduate of Marshall U High School, long time employee of the City of Mpls. Dorn will be remembered for his kindness, generosity, and willingness to help anyone in need, strangers included. A Celebration of Dorn's life will be held at Shaw's Bar and Grill, 1528 University Ave NE, Mpls. Sunday, February 15 at 1 PM, music & dancing to follow. A special thank you to all Dorn's caregivers at the U of M Hospital, U Masonic Clinic and Fairview Hospice.
